Provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities of industry sectors:
To make the management of pesticide production, timely, accurate information on pesticide production, and guide the healthy
development of pesticide industry, through research, proposed the establishment of pesticide manufacturers monthly reporting
system for pesticide production. The relevant matters are announced as follows:
1, reported 2009 annual report pesticide production
According to "pesticide production management approach" 第三十一条 requirements, regional pesticide management must be March
15, 2010, the production of pesticides in the region report (Annex 1) summary (including electronic) submitted to the
industry and Ministry of Information Industry Division petrochemical, chemical raw materials division (CC China Pesticide
Industry Association).
Second, a monthly pesticide production system for manufacturing enterprises
Since 2010, the month will be from 5 to 10 months of production on the monthly report (see Annex 2, including the electronic
version, stamped with official seal) reported (in ibid.)
Third, designate a person responsible for data reported to work
To ensure that data reported to proceed smoothly, head of supervision required production data reported to work, should
designate a person responsible for this work. Designated contact persons (see Annex 3, including the electronic version,
stamp an official seal) Summary submitted after March 10 (in ibid).
Fourth, other requirements
1, to declare product range: with the life of the production license and certificate of approval of pesticide products
production.
2, pesticide production enterprises should promptly report the data and ensure accuracy of the data.
3, no reason not to report for three consecutive months of data, depending on the waiver of pesticide production
qualification.
4, regional pesticide management department is responsible for overseeing the administrative area to report pesticide
production work. Two consecutive months of data for no reason not to report pesticide production enterprises, to suspend
acceptance of their pesticide products to apply for the certificate of approval.
5, by the China Pesticide Industry Association, to assist the Department of Industry and Information Technology Division in
the pesticide raw material manufacturer of industrial production statistics.
